{"id":5654,"date":"2019-09-03T08:52:29","date_gmt":"2019-09-03T08:52:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/?p=5654"},"modified":"2019-09-03T08:57:57","modified_gmt":"2019-09-03T08:57:57","slug":"reticulated-ceramic-foam-filters","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/es\/reticulated-ceramic-foam-filters\/","title":{"rendered":"Filtros de espuma cer\u00e1mica reticulada"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Filtros de espuma cer\u00e1mica reticulada<\/p>\n<p>Los filtros de espuma cer\u00e1mica reticulada utilizados con material granular de \u00f3xido de aluminio deber\u00edan parecer una opci\u00f3n obvia para cualquier experto en el \u00e1mbito de los materiales refractarios empleados para contener aluminio fundido y sus aleaciones.<br \/>\nLa al\u00famina es relativamente inerte desde el punto de vista qu\u00edmico en el aluminio fundido y en sus aleaciones m\u00e1s comunes, incluidas las que contienen magnesio.<br \/>\nLos filtros de espuma cer\u00e1mica reticulada tambi\u00e9n se utilizan ampliamente como material granular en los materiales refractarios empleados en hornos, tanto para la fundici\u00f3n como para contener aleaciones de aluminio fundidas.<br \/>\nAdem\u00e1s, antes de la aparici\u00f3n de los filtros desechables de espuma cer\u00e1mica reemplazables para filtrar el aluminio fundido, se utilizaban filtros con relleno de al\u00famina laminar. Resistencia a altas temperaturas: el material no debe agrietarse ni romperse durante el precalentamiento ni al entrar en contacto con el metal fundido. El material debe tener una baja expansi\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica para minimizar las tensiones de compresi\u00f3n laterales mientras se encuentra en la cubeta del filtro.<br \/>\n2. Resistencia a la corrosi\u00f3n: el material del filtro no debe presentar una actividad qu\u00edmica significativa en el rango de aplicaci\u00f3n previsto (tiempo, temperatura, contenido de aleaci\u00f3n) y no debe entrar en contacto con el aluminio fundido ni con sus aleaciones convencionales.<br \/>\n3. Resistencia adecuada a la flexi\u00f3n y a la compresi\u00f3n.<br \/>\n4. Rentabilidad en el sector manufacturero.<br \/>\n5. El material filtrante, una vez utilizado, debe poder manipularse y eliminarse de forma segura.<br \/>\n6.
