nos permite resolver, en primer lugar, dos problemas importantes: limpiar el metal de fundici\u00f3n de inclusiones no met\u00e1licas y garantizar un flujo laminar del metal en el sistema de alimentaci\u00f3n por canal de colada.<br \/>\nLas elevadas propiedades de filtrado de los filtros vienen determinadas por la estructura tridimensional abierta de la matriz cer\u00e1mica, formada por un sistema de poros interconectados.<br \/>\nEstos filtros se caracterizan por su excelente conductividad t\u00e9rmica, su estabilidad y su resistencia a los cambios bruscos de temperatura.<\/p>\n<p>Para la fabricaci\u00f3n de filtros se utilizan distintos materiales, en funci\u00f3n de las propiedades fisicoqu\u00edmicas y de fundici\u00f3n del metal que se va a verter (temperatura de vertido, fluidez, etc.).<\/p>\n<p>Filtros (Al\u2082O\u2083 \u2013 C): dise\u00f1ados para la filtraci\u00f3n de un solo uso de aluminio y aleaciones de aluminio hasta una temperatura de 850 \u00b0C.<br \/>\nSe utilizan exclusivamente para su instalaci\u00f3n en el sistema de entrada del molde, en un embudo filtrante fabricado con materiales aislantes o en extensiones exot\u00e9rmicas.<br \/>\nLa ventaja de estos filtros es, en primer lugar, su baja densidad, su baja capacidad t\u00e9rmica y su capacidad para calentarse r\u00e1pidamente.<\/p>\n<p>Filtros (Al\u2082O\u2083): dise\u00f1ados principalmente para filtrar aleaciones de aluminio y otros metales no ferrosos a temperaturas de hasta 1350 \u00b0C (para fundiciones y talleres metal\u00fargicos).<br \/>\nPueden utilizarse tanto para la filtraci\u00f3n \u00fanica del metal en el sistema de canalizaci\u00f3n como para la refiltraci\u00f3n de grandes vol\u00famenes de metal durante la fundici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Filtros (ZrO\u2082): dise\u00f1ados para filtrar acero, principalmente de grados de alta aleaci\u00f3n, en los que se requiere una alta fiabilidad y pureza qu\u00edmica (industria aeron\u00e1utica, energ\u00eda, etc.).<br \/>\nSu ventaja es su elevada resistencia mec\u00e1nica, lo que permite su uso en sistemas de filtraci\u00f3n de piezas fundidas de gran tama\u00f1o (carruseles, rejillas).<\/p>\n<p>Filtros (Al\u2082O\u2083 \u2013 C): dise\u00f1ados para filtrar aleaciones de metales ferrosos (hierro fundido, acero) a una temperatura de 1700 \u00b0C.<br \/>\nLa gran estabilidad del filtro durante la fundici\u00f3n y su elevada conductividad t\u00e9rmica, unidas a su baja masa, crean las condiciones necesarias para un calentamiento r\u00e1pido del filtro y minimizan la p\u00e9rdida de calor.<br \/>\nGracias a estas propiedades, estos filtros pueden utilizarse para la fundici\u00f3n directa de metal mediante procesos
