{"id":5630,"date":"2019-08-30T08:17:41","date_gmt":"2019-08-30T08:17:41","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/?p=5630"},"modified":"2019-08-30T08:17:41","modified_gmt":"2019-08-30T08:17:41","slug":"filtration-of-molten-metal-using-ceramic-filters","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/es\/filtration-of-molten-metal-using-ceramic-filters\/","title":{"rendered":"Filtraci\u00f3n de metal fundido mediante filtros cer\u00e1micos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Filtraci\u00f3n de metal fundido mediante filtros cer\u00e1micos<\/p>\n<p>Las inclusiones no met\u00e1licas en las piezas fundidas provocan problemas tanto est\u00e9ticos como funcionales, lo que puede dar lugar a costosas correcciones de defectos o al rechazo total de la pieza.<br \/>\nHasta hace poco, eliminar las inclusiones era casi imposible.<br \/>\nEn la actualidad, existen en el mercado filtros que han demostrado su capacidad para eliminar eficazmente las inclusiones no met\u00e1licas tanto de las aleaciones a base de hierro como de las aleaciones no ferrosas.<br \/>\nLos intentos por evitar que las inclusiones no met\u00e1licas indeseables penetren en la cavidad del molde junto con el metal fundido se han centrado hist\u00f3ricamente en tres \u00e1mbitos:<br \/>\n1) fundici\u00f3n y refinado; 2) vertido del metal desde la cuchara de colada y colada; 3) sistema de canales de colada.<\/p>\n<p>Los m\u00e9todos est\u00e1ndar de fusi\u00f3n y refinado, as\u00ed como de colada de metal desde una cuchara de fundici\u00f3n y vertido, minimizan la formaci\u00f3n de inclusiones \u2014como los productos de desoxidaci\u00f3n (end\u00f3genas)\u2014 y evitan el crecimiento de part\u00edculas extra\u00f1as \u2014por ejemplo, escoria y material refractario (ex\u00f3genas)\u2014, adem\u00e1s de estar destinados al control de sus mezclas.<\/p>\n<p>En el sistema de colada, se concede especial importancia a la captura de las inclusiones no met\u00e1licas que se producen en operaciones anteriores. Al mismo tiempo, el sistema de colada tiene como objetivo reducir la reoxidaci\u00f3n y minimizar la erosi\u00f3n de la arena de moldeo.<\/p>\n<p>La mezcla moldeable, que se corrod\u00eda durante el vertido, se introducir\u00eda en la cavidad del molde y provocar\u00eda la aparici\u00f3n de inclusiones de arena.<br \/>\nExisten diversos sistemas de canalizaci\u00f3n que cuentan con un gran n\u00famero de elementos especiales destinados a aumentar la eficacia del sistema a la hora de capturar inclusiones no met\u00e1licas.<br \/>\nEsto incluye elementos como filtros de gran grano y colectores de escoria. La filtraci\u00f3n ofrece un nuevo enfoque para evitar que part\u00edculas extra\u00f1as no deseadas entren en la cavidad del molde.<br \/>\nUna filtraci\u00f3n eficaz, junto con la colocaci\u00f3n adecuada de los filtros en el sistema de colada, aporta tres ventajas: piezas de fundici\u00f3n sin inclusiones, un sistema de colada de dimensiones reducidas y un mayor rendimiento.<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4094\" src=\"http:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/Aluminium-Degassing-Rotor-Deaerator.jpg\" alt=\"Desgasificador de aluminio con rotor\" width=\"1080\" height=\"1453\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/Aluminium-Degassing-Rotor-Deaerator.jpg 1080w, https:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/Aluminium-Degassing-Rotor-Deaerator-223x300.jpg 223w, https:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/Aluminium-Degassing-Rotor-Deaerator-768x1033.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/Aluminium-Degassing-Rotor-Deaerator-761x1024.jpg 761w, https:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/Aluminium-Degassing-Rotor-Deaerator-700x942.jpg 700w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1080px) 100vw, 1080px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>C\u00f3mo funciona el filtro.<br \/>\nExisten tres mecanismos principales del proceso de filtraci\u00f3n mediante los cuales el filtro elimina las impurezas del metal fundido:<br \/>\nLa filtraci\u00f3n se produce mediante una combinaci\u00f3n de tres mecanismos: filtraci\u00f3n por tamizado, filtraci\u00f3n por formaci\u00f3n de una capa de residuo y filtraci\u00f3n en lecho profundo.<br \/>\nLa retenci\u00f3n es el mecanismo por el cual las part\u00edculas quedan retenidas en la superficie del filtro, al ser m\u00e1s grandes que las aberturas de este.<br \/>\nEl filtrado por formaci\u00f3n de capa se produce cuando las part\u00edculas de inclusi\u00f3n se separan del metal fundido debido a la formaci\u00f3n de una capa (part\u00edculas depositadas previamente). Esta capa se va haciendo m\u00e1s gruesa durante el proceso de filtraci\u00f3n, lo que provoca que el flujo de metal se ralentice y, con el tiempo, se detenga por completo.<\/p>\n<p>En la filtraci\u00f3n en lecho profundo, los s\u00f3lidos retenidos son considerablemente m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os que los poros del filtro. Las fuerzas superficiales hacen que las part\u00edculas se adhieran a la superficie del filtro.
