{"id":5459,"date":"2019-07-30T03:06:14","date_gmt":"2019-07-30T03:06:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/?p=5459"},"modified":"2019-07-30T03:06:14","modified_gmt":"2019-07-30T03:06:14","slug":"aluminium-ceramic-filter","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/es\/aluminium-ceramic-filter\/","title":{"rendered":"Filtro de aluminio y cer\u00e1mica"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Filtro de aluminio y cer\u00e1mica<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El filtro de aluminio y cer\u00e1mica se fabrica a partir de un soporte con una estructura reticular s\u00f3lida y poros de espuma org\u00e1nica combinados.<br \/>\nEl filtro se instala en la cubeta de filtrado para eliminar las impurezas de la aleaci\u00f3n de aluminio fundido, lo que contribuye a cumplir los requisitos de producci\u00f3n en la fundici\u00f3n de precisi\u00f3n de aleaciones de aluminio de alto valor a\u00f1adido y alto rendimiento tecnol\u00f3gico, como discos duros de ordenador, placas base de PS para impresi\u00f3n, materiales para envases, \u00e1labes de ventilador para motores turborreactores, etc.<br \/>\nEl proceso de fabricaci\u00f3n es el siguiente: se introduce el soporte en la suspensi\u00f3n tixotr\u00f3pica de al\u00famina y se aplica un proceso de extrusi\u00f3n autom\u00e1tica con alineaci\u00f3n cuadrada al centro, de modo que la suspensi\u00f3n se deposite uniformemente en el esqueleto de espuma del soporte; tras el secado y la solidificaci\u00f3n, el soporte se convierte en el producto final mediante un proceso de calcinaci\u00f3n a una temperatura de 1180 \u2103.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ventajas del filtro de aluminio y cer\u00e1mica<\/strong><br \/>\nEl filtro, que se basa en el principio de adsorci\u00f3n, es capaz de eliminar eficazmente las inclusiones de gran tama\u00f1o presentes en el aluminio fundido, as\u00ed como de adsorber eficazmente las inclusiones m\u00e1s peque\u00f1as.<br \/>\nProducci\u00f3n con caudal autom\u00e1tico, 3 procedimientos de calibraci\u00f3n, tama\u00f1o preciso, se ajusta perfectamente al recipiente del filtro.<br \/>\nMejorar el aspecto y las prestaciones de la superficie, y purificar el aluminio fundido.<br \/>\nNo se desprenden fragmentos rotos, lo que reduce de forma eficaz la contaminaci\u00f3n del aluminio fundido.<br \/>\nResistencia superior al choque t\u00e9rmico; mejora la capacidad de resistencia a la erosi\u00f3n del metal fundido.<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5460\" src=\"http:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/Aluminium-Ceramic-Filter.jpg\" alt=\"Filtro de aluminio y cer\u00e1mica\" width=\"900\" height=\"600\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/Aluminium-Ceramic-Filter.jpg 900w, https:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/Aluminium-Ceramic-Filter-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/Aluminium-Ceramic-Filter-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/Aluminium-Ceramic-Filter-700x467.jpg 700w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 900px) 100vw, 900px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Junta de estanqueidad para filtro de aluminio y cer\u00e1mica<\/strong><br \/>\nEl filtro cer\u00e1mico est\u00e1 rodeado por una junta de estanqueidad, situada entre el filtro y la cubeta del filtro, para evitar que el aluminio fundido se filtre a trav\u00e9s de la interfaz. El filtro de AdTech incorpora tres tipos diferentes de juntas de estanqueidad: de papel de fibra, de algod\u00f3n de fibra y de algod\u00f3n expansivo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tama\u00f1os est\u00e1ndar para filtros de espuma cer\u00e1mica<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dimensiones (\u00b13 mm): 7x7 pulgadas, 9x9 pulgadas, 12x12 pulgadas, 15x15 pulgadas, 17x17 pulgadas, 20x20 pulgadas, 23x23 pulgadas, 26x26 pulgadas<br \/>\nEspesor: 50 \u00b1 2 mm<br \/>\n\u00c1ngulo de bisel: 17,5 \u00b1 1,5\u00b0<br \/>\nDimensiones especiales: cuadradas, rectangulares, redondas, trapezoidales, at\u00edpicas o a medida seg\u00fan las necesidades.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Instrucciones del filtro de aluminio y cer\u00e1mica<\/strong><br \/>\nUtiliza un hornillo el\u00e9ctrico o de gas para precalentar el recipiente del filtro y <a href=\"http:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/es\/pal-ceramic-filter-plate\/\">filtro de espuma cer\u00e1mica<\/a> de manera uniforme durante 15-30 minutos, asegur\u00e1ndote de que su temperatura se acerque a la del aluminio fundido. La temperatura de precalentamiento del filtro de espuma cer\u00e1mica debe ser superior a 260 \u2103. El algod\u00f3n expansivo se sellar\u00e1 tras el precalentamiento. Este procedimiento hace que <a href=\"http:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/es\/alunima-foam-filter\/\">Filtro de espuma Alunima<\/a> se fija de forma estable en el aluminio fundido. El precalentamiento tambi\u00e9n hace que los poros del filtro de espuma cer\u00e1mica se abran y evita la oclusi\u00f3n provocada por la expansi\u00f3n y la contracci\u00f3n t\u00e9rmicas.<br \/>\nRevisa y limpia la superficie del recipiente del filtro; mant\u00e9nlo limpio e intacto.<br \/>\nColoca con cuidado el filtro en la cubeta del filtro y presiona con la mano la junta de sellado alrededor del filtro para evitar que el aluminio fundido se disperse o flote.<br \/>\nObserva la variaci\u00f3n de la altura del aluminio fundido y mant\u00e9n el flujo de aluminio fundido dentro de los valores est\u00e1ndar. La altura inicial normal del aluminio fundido es de 100-150 mm. La altura desciende por debajo de 75-100 mm cuando el aluminio fundido fluye, y posteriormente aumentar\u00e1 lentamente.<br \/>\nNo golpees ni agites el filtro de espuma cer\u00e1mica durante el proceso de filtraci\u00f3n.
