Si la uniformidad de los poros de la espuma es buena, tambi\u00e9n lo ser\u00e1 la de la placa filtrante, por lo que la elecci\u00f3n de la espuma es de vital importancia.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Thermal shock resistance of Silicon Ceramic Foam Filter<\/strong><br \/>\nLa resistencia al choque t\u00e9rmico se refiere a la capacidad de las placas filtrantes de cer\u00e1mica celular para resistir los da\u00f1os provocados por cambios bruscos de temperatura.<br \/>\nDurante el uso de la placa filtrante de cer\u00e1mica de espuma, es necesario que el usuario inicie el proceso de filtraci\u00f3n una vez que la placa se haya precalentado gradualmente hasta alcanzar la temperatura del aluminio fundido que se va a filtrar, antes de su uso.<br \/>\nSin embargo, algunos usuarios no lo tienen muy en cuenta al utilizarlo.<br \/>\nSe establece que, una vez colocada la placa filtrante, la masa fundida se filtra sin precalentamiento, por lo que la placa filtrante debe presentar una cierta resistencia al choque t\u00e9rmico.<br \/>\nCuanto mayor sea la resistencia al choque t\u00e9rmico, m\u00e1s duradera ser\u00e1 la placa filtrante y mejor ser\u00e1 su calidad.<\/p>\n<p>Actualmente existen dos m\u00e9todos principales para determinar la porosidad.<br \/>\nUna de ellas consiste en calcular el volumen del orificio de la placa filtrante seg\u00fan la ley de Arqu\u00edmedes, es decir, inyectar agua en el vaso de precipitados mediante el tubo de rebose hasta que el agua comience a salir por dicho tubo.<br \/>\nSe analizar\u00e1 el agua cuando ya no salga por la tuber\u00eda.<br \/>\nTodas las muestras se introducen con cuidado en el agua; a continuaci\u00f3n, el agua sale por el tubo de rebose y se mide el volumen de agua que hay en esta parte.<br \/>\nEl volumen del agua de rebose se resta del volumen f\u00edsico de la placa filtrante, que es el volumen total de los orificios de dicha placa.<br \/>\nOtro m\u00e9todo consiste en determinar por separado la densidad real y la densidad aparente de la muestra que se va a analizar y, a continuaci\u00f3n, calcular la porosidad de la muestra seg\u00fan la siguiente f\u00f3rmula.<br \/>\nEstos dos m\u00e9todos tienen sus propias ventajas e inconvenientes.<br \/>\nEl m\u00e9todo de funcionamiento es sencillo y pr\u00e1ctico, y la velocidad de detecci\u00f3n es r\u00e1pida, pero su punto d\u00e9bil fundamental se debe a las caracter\u00edsticas de absorci\u00f3n de agua del propio material de la placa filtrante, lo que hace que el volumen de agua descargado sea inferior al real. Esto provoca que los datos medidos sean demasiado bajos.<br \/>\nAunque el proceso de ensayo del segundo m\u00e9todo es m\u00e1s complicado, durante el mismo se descarta la influencia de la absorci\u00f3n de agua del material de la placa filtrante, y los datos obtenidos son relativamente precisos.<br \/>\nEn esta norma se establece que el \u00edndice de porosidad debe ser superior a 84%.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Silicon Ceramic Foam Filter Compressive strength<\/strong><br \/>\nDurante el transporte y el uso de la placa filtrante, esta debe soportar el impacto de una determinada presi\u00f3n procedente del exterior.<br \/>\nPor lo tanto, en la norma tambi\u00e9n se introduce el \u00edndice de resistencia a la compresi\u00f3n como uno de los criterios para evaluar la calidad de la placa filtrante.
