Desde los primeros estudios realizados en 1978, la tecnolog\u00eda de filtraci\u00f3n con cer\u00e1mica celular ha experimentado un r\u00e1pido desarrollo.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>El filtro de espuma cer\u00e1mica porosa utiliza espuma de poliuretano como soporte, sumergi\u00e9ndola en un recubrimiento compuesto por polvo cer\u00e1mico, aglutinante, aditivo de sinterizaci\u00f3n, agente de suspensi\u00f3n, etc., y, a continuaci\u00f3n, extruyendo el exceso de recubrimiento para aplicar la capa cer\u00e1mica sobre el soporte de manera uniforme. Adsorci\u00f3n profunda<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Las inclusiones finas que penetran en el interior del filtro son atra\u00eddas hacia el esqueleto o quedan retenidas en el espacio muerto de la red, gracias al contacto suficiente con la red cer\u00e1mica, que presenta un recorrido de flujo complejo.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Gracias a estos tres mecanismos de purificaci\u00f3n por filtraci\u00f3n, es capaz de filtrar de forma eficaz las inclusiones de gran tama\u00f1o presentes en el aluminio fundido, as\u00ed como un gran n\u00famero de inclusiones en suspensi\u00f3n min\u00fasculas, de tan solo unas decenas de micr\u00f3metros.
