Tecnolog\u00eda de desgasificaci\u00f3n rotativa del aluminio procedente de China<\/strong><\/p>\n

Proceso de purificaci\u00f3n y desgasificaci\u00f3n del aluminio l\u00edquido
\n1. Objetivo y alcance: La producci\u00f3n de aluminio l\u00edquido mediante la eliminaci\u00f3n de hidr\u00f3geno, la filtraci\u00f3n en l\u00ednea y la eliminaci\u00f3n de impurezas e hidr\u00f3geno del aluminio l\u00edquido, con el fin de garantizar que la calidad del lingote plano cumpla los requisitos.
\n2, el operador: fundici\u00f3n
\n3. Herramientas utilizadas: caja peque\u00f1a para escoria, pala para escoria, placa filtrante de cer\u00e1mica, rotor de grafito, tapones, etc.
\n4. Utilizar gas: N\u2082, Ar o Cl\u2082<\/p>\n

\"Tecnolog\u00eda<\/p>\n

Operaci\u00f3n de desgasificaci\u00f3n de aluminio en l\u00ednea<\/strong>
\n1. Controla el horno de mantenimiento para que se incline, de modo que el aluminio l\u00edquido del dep\u00f3sito de flujo pase sin problemas al horno de deshidrogenaci\u00f3n y, al mismo tiempo, se abra la lana de amianto situada en la salida de aluminio de la caja de desgasificaci\u00f3n.
\n2. Ajusta la presi\u00f3n de N\u2082 o Ar a 0,6 MPa y el caudal por rotor a 4 m\u00b3\/h.
\n3. Abre la v\u00e1lvula de control de cloro, ajusta la presi\u00f3n a 0,3 MPa y el caudal a 0,04 m\u00b3\/h, de modo que el Cl\u2082 pueda incorporarse sin problemas al flujo de aire principal.
\n4. Durante la colada, el uso del calentador se determina en funci\u00f3n de la temperatura del aluminio l\u00edquido en el dep\u00f3sito de desgasificaci\u00f3n.
\n5. Una vez vertido el aluminio fundido, utiliza el amianto para tapar la salida de aluminio de la caja de desgasificaci\u00f3n, abre el deflector central y limpia la canaleta.
\n6. Cierra la v\u00e1lvula de arg\u00f3n y utiliza Ar durante el periodo de mantenimiento para ajustar el caudal a 1 m\u00b3\/h por rotor.
\n7. Comprueba que el calentador de la caja de desgasificaci\u00f3n funcione correctamente durante el periodo de conservaci\u00f3n del calor.
\n8. Si es necesario sustituir el rotor de grafito, cambiar la aleaci\u00f3n o apagar el horno, es preciso llevar a cabo operaciones de retirada de aluminio y escoria.
\na. Cierra las distintas v\u00e1lvulas de gas, det\u00e9n el giro del rotor de grafito y apaga el calentador.
\nb. Utiliza el polipasto el\u00e9ctrico para levantar la tapa de la caja de desgasificaci\u00f3n del rotor \u00fanico y g\u00edrala 900 mientras limpias el rotor de grafito y la escoria de aluminio del calentador.
\nc. Abre la caja de desgasificaci\u00f3n Evans para liberar la salida de aluminio, pone en marcha el cilindro hidr\u00e1ulico, inclina la caja y vierte el aluminio l\u00edquido en el dep\u00f3sito de escoria.
\nd. Limpia la escoria de aluminio del dep\u00f3sito con una herramienta de limpieza de escoria.
\ne. Ponga en marcha el cilindro hidr\u00e1ulico, reinicie la cabina, cierre la tapa del horno e infle la junta inflable de la cabina.
\nf. Coloca el tap\u00f3n en la toma, tapa la salida de aluminio y cierra el dispositivo de bloqueo.<\/p>\n
