Sistema de canalizaci\u00f3n de transferencia de metal para aluminio: desde el horno de fusi\u00f3n hasta el repartidor<\/strong><\/p>\n

El sistema de canalizaci\u00f3n para aluminio es uno de los equipos b\u00e1sicos para la fundici\u00f3n de aleaciones de aluminio. Su funci\u00f3n principal es transportar el aluminio desde el horno de fusi\u00f3n hasta el distribuidor.
\nEl \u00e1rea de trabajo se construy\u00f3 inicialmente utilizando una c\u00e9lula de flujo para el hormig\u00f3n refractario tradicional resistente a altas temperaturas. La superficie de la c\u00e9lula de flujo tiende a adherirse f\u00e1cilmente al aluminio durante su uso.
\nEl operario puede limpiar el canal de colada durante un m\u00e1ximo de 30 minutos, y es f\u00e1cil que el material refractario resulte da\u00f1ado, de modo que el aluminio fundido a alta temperatura penetre en dicho material, provocando que la chapa de acero de la carcasa se deforme gradualmente y que el canal de colada no pueda utilizarse con normalidad al cabo de 4 meses.
\nAdem\u00e1s, cada vez que se realiza el mantenimiento del dep\u00f3sito de flujo, es necesario retirar los elementos moldeados y corregir y reconstruir las placas de acero de la carcasa, por lo que el proceso de mantenimiento requiere mucha mano de obra.<\/p>\n

\nLos entornos con altas temperaturas presentan corrosi\u00f3n \u00e1cida, erosi\u00f3n alcalina, desgaste y otras condiciones de trabajo adversas; por lo tanto, es necesario elegir los hormigones refractarios adecuados en funci\u00f3n de dicho entorno y de sus caracter\u00edsticas.<\/p>\n
