{"id":4727,"date":"2019-04-19T02:11:13","date_gmt":"2019-04-19T02:11:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/?p=4727"},"modified":"2019-06-03T07:41:25","modified_gmt":"2019-06-03T07:41:25","slug":"degassing-aluminum-with-chlorine","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/es\/degassing-aluminum-with-chlorine\/","title":{"rendered":"Desgasificaci\u00f3n del aluminio con cloro"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Desgasificaci\u00f3n del aluminio con cloro<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La desgasificaci\u00f3n del aluminio con cloro es un proceso fundamental de purificaci\u00f3n del aluminio primario en el que se utiliza una mezcla gaseosa de cloro, nitr\u00f3geno o cloro.<br \/>\nDesgasificaci\u00f3n del aluminio con cloro<br \/>\nAnteriormente, se utilizaba cloro gaseoso reactivo como agente purificador (m\u00e9todo de cloraci\u00f3n). En el m\u00e9todo de cloraci\u00f3n, cuando se introduce cloro gaseoso en el aluminio l\u00edquido, se forma una gran cantidad de AlCl\u2083 de tama\u00f1o anormalmente peque\u00f1o, y las burbujas se mezclan suficientemente con el aluminio l\u00edquido.<br \/>\nEl hidr\u00f3geno disuelto en el aluminio fundido, as\u00ed como algunas inclusiones mec\u00e1nicas, se adsorben en las burbujas de AlCl\u2083 y se expulsan a medida que estas burbujas ascienden hacia la superficie del aluminio fundido.<br \/>\nCuando se introduce cloro, algunos elementos con carga negativa mayor que la del aluminio pueden clorarse, como el calcio, el sodio, el magnesio, etc., que se separan mediante el cloro gaseoso para formar el cloruro correspondiente.<br \/>\nPor lo tanto, el m\u00e9todo de cloraci\u00f3n es un m\u00e9todo muy eficaz para la purificaci\u00f3n primaria del aluminio. El N\u2082 se introduce directamente en el aluminio l\u00edquido.<br \/>\nEl aluminio fundido se introduce de forma continua en el horno de purificaci\u00f3n, pasa a trav\u00e9s de la capa de filtraci\u00f3n de bolas de al\u00famina y se barre con nitr\u00f3geno, de modo que se eliminan las inclusiones no met\u00e1licas y el hidr\u00f3geno disuelto en el aluminio fundido; a continuaci\u00f3n, se descarga de forma continua, distribuyendo as\u00ed de manera uniforme las finas burbujas de nitr\u00f3geno. Este act\u00faa como agente purificador en el aluminio fundido tratado.<br \/>\nEl nitr\u00f3geno no contamina la atm\u00f3sfera y su capacidad de purificaci\u00f3n es elevada. Puede procesar entre 200 y 600 kg de aluminio l\u00edquido por minuto, y la p\u00e9rdida de aluminio provocada por el proceso de purificaci\u00f3n es relativamente reducida, por lo que actualmente se utiliza de forma generalizada.<br \/>\nSin embargo, no elimina el calcio, el sodio y el magnesio del aluminio de la misma forma que el cloro.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Desgasificaci\u00f3n del aluminio con cloro y nitr\u00f3geno<\/strong><br \/>\nPara purificar el aluminio l\u00edquido se utiliza una mezcla de cloro y nitr\u00f3geno, que, por un lado, elimina el hidr\u00f3geno y separa los \u00f3xidos y, por otro, elimina ciertas impurezas met\u00e1licas (como el magnesio) del aluminio. La composici\u00f3n habitual es 90% de nitr\u00f3geno y 10% de cloro.<br \/>\nTambi\u00e9n hay 10% de cloro + 10% de di\u00f3xido de carbono y 80% de nitr\u00f3geno.
