La pureza del gas inerte debe ser superior al 99,99%.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>La desgasificaci\u00f3n consiste en inyectar un gas inerte en el aluminio fundido para eliminar el hidr\u00f3geno.<\/strong><br \/>\nLa desgasificaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n se considera una forma muy eficaz de hacer flotar las impurezas.<br \/>\nSe han propuesto dos modelos te\u00f3ricos principales para explicar el principio de desgasificaci\u00f3n. El modelo macro considera que la eliminaci\u00f3n de cada impureza es de naturaleza similar. En el modelo microsc\u00f3pico, es decir, seg\u00fan esta teor\u00eda, debido a la mayor presi\u00f3n de vapor del hidr\u00f3geno, el hidr\u00f3geno disuelto se difunde hacia el gas presente en el aluminio l\u00edquido inyectado.
