En el m\u00e9todo de desgasificaci\u00f3n rotativa, se inyecta un gas inerte o qu\u00edmicamente inactivo (arg\u00f3n, nitr\u00f3geno) a trav\u00e9s de un eje giratorio y un rotor.<\/p>\n<p>La energ\u00eda del eje giratorio provoca la formaci\u00f3n de un gran n\u00famero de burbujas finas, lo que proporciona una relaci\u00f3n superficie-volumen muy elevada.<br \/>\nLa gran superficie activa favorece una difusi\u00f3n r\u00e1pida y eficaz del hidr\u00f3geno en las burbujas de gas, lo que da lugar a una actividad equitativa del hidr\u00f3geno en las fases l\u00edquida y gaseosa.<\/p>\n<p>El desgasificado rotativo del aluminio en Indonesia permite lograr una eliminaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s completa del hidr\u00f3geno en comparaci\u00f3n con el desgasificado con fundente.<br \/>\nAdem\u00e1s, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/es\/2018\/10\/12\/foundry-double-rotor-deaerator\/\">desgasificador rotativo<\/a> no utiliza sales nocivas que contengan cloro ni fl\u00faor.<\/p>\n<p>El sistema rotativo de desgasificaci\u00f3n de aluminio de Indonesia tambi\u00e9n puede combinar las funciones de desgasificaci\u00f3n e introducci\u00f3n de fundente.<br \/>\nEn este caso, el gas inerte act\u00faa como portador del fundente granulado. En este m\u00e9todo, se vierte una peque\u00f1a porci\u00f3n de aluminio l\u00edquido (aproximadamente 2 pulgadas c\u00fabicas\/33 cm\u00b3) en una cavidad de un ladrillo refractario calentado. La aleaci\u00f3n se solidifica lentamente y el hidr\u00f3geno liberado se concentra en la parte superior de la pieza fundida en forma de burbujas congeladas. La cantidad de burbujas de hidr\u00f3geno en la superficie de la muestra viene determinada por la concentraci\u00f3n de hidr\u00f3geno.<br \/>\nM\u00e9todo al vac\u00edo. Este m\u00e9todo cuantitativo se basa en la solidificaci\u00f3n de una porci\u00f3n de la muestra de la aleaci\u00f3n de aluminio en un crisol peque\u00f1o a baja presi\u00f3n. El hidr\u00f3geno disuelto en la aleaci\u00f3n comienza a formar una fase gaseosa (una burbuja) a una presi\u00f3n determinada. Cuando se forma la primera burbuja, se miden tanto la presi\u00f3n como la temperatura. Estos par\u00e1metros se utilizan para determinar el contenido de hidr\u00f3geno mediante diagramas num\u00e9ricos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Desgasificaci\u00f3n mediante fundentes<\/strong><br \/>\nPara la desgasificaci\u00f3n de aleaciones de aluminio fundidas se utilizan fundentes compuestos por sales que contienen cloro y fl\u00faor. Los fundentes de desgasificaci\u00f3n suelen presentarse en forma de pastillas.<br \/>\nLa operaci\u00f3n de desgasificaci\u00f3n comienza cuando una campana perforada, limpia y precalentada, sumerge una pastilla de fundente en el fondo del horno. Los componentes del fundente reaccionan con el aluminio formando compuestos gaseosos (cloruro de aluminio, fluoruro de aluminio). El gas burbujea y asciende a trav\u00e9s del ba\u00f1o de fundici\u00f3n. La presi\u00f3n parcial del hidr\u00f3geno en las burbujas formadas es muy baja, por lo que se difunde desde el aluminio fundido hacia las burbujas.
