{"id":4639,"date":"2019-04-12T01:55:32","date_gmt":"2019-04-12T01:55:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/?p=4639"},"modified":"2019-05-24T01:47:41","modified_gmt":"2019-05-24T01:47:41","slug":"lanik-ceramic-foam-filters","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/es\/lanik-ceramic-foam-filters\/","title":{"rendered":"Filtros de espuma cer\u00e1mica Lanik"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Filtros de espuma cer\u00e1mica Lanik<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Los filtros de espuma cer\u00e1mica Lanik utilizan una estructura de red tridimensional y una burbuja org\u00e1nica que interact\u00faa con los poros a modo de soporte, tambi\u00e9n conocidos como filtros de espuma cer\u00e1mica.<br \/>\nSe introduce en una suspensi\u00f3n especial de material fundido con propiedades tixotr\u00f3picas y se utiliza un proceso de extrusi\u00f3n autom\u00e1tica con distancia de correcci\u00f3n de cuatro cuadrados para aplicar uniformemente la suspensi\u00f3n al esqueleto alveolar del soporte; a continuaci\u00f3n, se cuece y se solidifica a una temperatura elevada de 1680 \u00b0C.<br \/>\nEl filtro de espuma cer\u00e1mica se instala en la caja de filtrado para eliminar las impurezas del aluminio l\u00edquido, con el fin de cumplir con los requisitos de alto valor a\u00f1adido y alto rendimiento tecnol\u00f3gico que exige la fundici\u00f3n de precisi\u00f3n de aleaciones de aluminio para los sectores de la aviaci\u00f3n y el transporte. Por ejemplo: discos duros de ordenador, lana de l\u00e1mina de aluminio de micras, placas de PS para impresi\u00f3n, latas, \u00e1labes de ventilador de motores de turbina a reacci\u00f3n y otros productos.<\/p>\n<p>La calidad del aluminio fundido es importante, ya que influye en gran medida en las propiedades de transformaci\u00f3n posteriores y en la calidad del producto final. Por ello, todos los pa\u00edses del mundo conceden gran importancia a la purificaci\u00f3n del aluminio fundido.<br \/>\nExisten muchas causas de la contaminaci\u00f3n por aluminio. Por un lado, durante el proceso de fusi\u00f3n, el aluminio queda expuesto a la atm\u00f3sfera del horno en estado fundido o semifundido, lo que lo hace propenso a la oxidaci\u00f3n; reacciona f\u00e1cilmente con el vapor de agua para absorber hidr\u00f3geno y forma con facilidad diversos tipos de escoria no met\u00e1lica. (como restos del revestimiento del horno, cloruros, carburos, etc., presentes en el fundente), as\u00ed como part\u00edculas intermet\u00e1licas gruesas y similares.<br \/>\nPor otra parte, parte de los residuos presentes en la carga de composici\u00f3n contiene algunas impurezas distintas del aluminio durante la circulaci\u00f3n.
