El rotor introduce gas inerte o una mezcla de cloro y gas inerte en el aluminio fundido y fragmenta el gas en diminutas burbujas dispersas; estas burbujas ascienden hasta la superficie del aluminio fundido y, al mismo tiempo, completan los procedimientos que se indican a continuaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4152\" src=\"http:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/Fixed-Degassing-Unit.jpg\" alt=\"Unidad fija de desgasificaci\u00f3n\" width=\"600\" height=\"807\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/Fixed-Degassing-Unit.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/Fixed-Degassing-Unit-223x300.jpg 223w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Instrucciones para la unidad de desgasificaci\u00f3n fija:<\/strong><br \/>\nApaga la unidad de calentamiento una vez finalizado el proceso de desgasificaci\u00f3n de la caja. Introduce gas inerte en el rotor y vierte el aluminio fundido en la caja cuando la temperatura del calentador se acerque a la del aluminio fundido.<br \/>\nComprueba el sellado entre la entrada\/salida y el canal de descarga.<br \/>\nComprueba el cono situado en el sistema de drenaje de la protecci\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica, en la parte inferior.<br \/>\nComprueba la temperatura del aluminio fundido (m\u00edn. 720 \u00b0C). Ajusta la altura del aluminio fundido por encima del fondo del canal de colada a 3 cm para poder observar c\u00f3mo entra el aluminio fundido en la caja.<br \/>\nEl operario deber\u00e1 llevar ropa de protecci\u00f3n para cerrar la tapa. La escoria de la superficie se puede retirar a trav\u00e9s de la salida de desescoriado cuando el aluminio fundido fluye hacia la cubeta.<br \/>\nIniciar la producci\u00f3n cuando la temperatura alcance los 780 \u00b0C. Cerrar la salida de desescoriado para mantener el calor.<br \/>\nEl aluminio fundido puede permanecer en la caja a la temperatura de solidificaci\u00f3n durante la fase de conservaci\u00f3n del calor, sin que sea necesario manipularlo.<br \/>\nIntroduce gases inertes en el rotor para evitar que el aluminio fundido obstruya la salida de aire.<br \/>\nEnciende el calentador en cuanto haya finalizado el vertido del aluminio fundido en la caja y configura los par\u00e1metros de mantenimiento del calor.<br \/>\nAl poner en marcha el sistema de calentamiento, se controla la temperatura del aluminio fundido y se supervisa el caudal de gas; la velocidad del rotor pasa de la fase de mantenimiento del calor a la fase de procesamiento.
