El filtro de espuma cer\u00e1mica CFF se utiliza principalmente para la filtraci\u00f3n de aluminio y aleaciones en fundiciones y salas de colada.Gracias a su excelente resistencia al ataque y a la corrosi\u00f3n del aluminio fundido, el filtro puede eliminar eficazmente las inclusiones, reducir el gas atrapado y proporcionar un flujo laminar, con lo que el metal filtrado queda significativamente m\u00e1s limpio. Un metal m\u00e1s limpio se traduce en piezas de fundici\u00f3n de mayor calidad, menos desechos y menos defectos por inclusiones, lo que contribuye a aumentar los beneficios netos.<\/p>\n

CFF<\/a> Precalentamiento del filtro de espuma cer\u00e1mica:<\/strong>
\nLos filtros de espuma cer\u00e1mica de al\u00famina se suelen instalar coloc\u00e1ndolos dentro de una caja de filtrado. Es importante precalentar tanto el filtro como la caja de filtrado antes de su uso. Durante el precalentamiento, hay que prestar especial atenci\u00f3n al control de la velocidad de calentamiento y de la distribuci\u00f3n de la temperatura. De este modo se minimizan los choques t\u00e9rmicos y las tensiones en los filtros y en el material refractario de la caja de filtrado.<\/p>\n

\nAntes de poder utilizar un filtro, este debe estar completamente empapado de metal l\u00edquido. Esto ocurre durante la puesta en marcha del proceso de fundici\u00f3n. La cantidad de presi\u00f3n metalost\u00e1tica (o altura de cebado) necesaria para impregnar los filtros depende de la aleaci\u00f3n, la temperatura del metal, la uniformidad del precalentamiento, la temperatura de precalentamiento, la calidad del metal entrante, los tratamientos previos al filtrado y el tama\u00f1o de la celda del filtro.<\/p>\n
