El Lavado por transferencia<\/strong>Cuenta con un revestimiento de larga duraci\u00f3n. Utiliza un nuevo material de fusi\u00f3n con alto contenido en silicio, resistente a la corrosi\u00f3n, antiadherente al aluminio fundido y no contaminante para este. Cumple con los requisitos de fundici\u00f3n de aluminio de alto valor a\u00f1adido y alto rendimiento tecnol\u00f3gico.<\/p>\n

La unidad de canal de fundici\u00f3n integrada se instala entre el horno y la m\u00e1quina de fundici\u00f3n y tiene una doble funci\u00f3n: transporte y aislamiento. Se utiliza principalmente para el transporte de aluminio fundido entre el horno, el horno de purificaci\u00f3n, la plataforma de fundici\u00f3n, la unidad de desgasificaci\u00f3n y la unidad de filtraci\u00f3n para la fundici\u00f3n de precisi\u00f3n de aluminio. Es adecuada para la fundici\u00f3n de los siguientes materiales de aluminio: discos duros de ordenador, papel de aluminio de grado microm\u00e9trico, placas de PS, materiales para envases de conservas, \u00e1labes de ventilador de motores de turbina a reacci\u00f3n, etc.<\/p>\n

Instrucciones para el canal de colada de aluminio:<\/strong>
\nInstale el canal de desag\u00fce integrado tal y como se indica en el plano; mantenga el canal limpio y evite que se rompa o que haya huecos.
\nPrecalienta el canal de fundici\u00f3n instalado a una temperatura moderada, d\u00e9jalo calentar entre 6 y 8 horas, comprueba la superficie del revestimiento (por debajo de los 800 grados), elimina el agua cristalina adsorbida y util\u00edzalo de forma segura y eficaz.
\nSi no se dispone de calefacci\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica, se recomienda calentarlo con llama. La clave est\u00e1 en controlar la temperatura de la llama y evitar que el fuego directo provoque grietas en el revestimiento, el disco o los filtros de espuma cer\u00e1mica. Hay tres tipos de llama: llama roja (d\u00e9bil), llama amarilla (media) y llama azul (fuerte).<\/p>\n
