{"id":2981,"date":"2018-01-05T05:32:39","date_gmt":"2018-01-05T05:32:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/?p=2981"},"modified":"2018-01-05T05:32:58","modified_gmt":"2018-01-05T05:32:58","slug":"ceramic-foam-filters","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/es\/ceramic-foam-filters\/","title":{"rendered":"Filtros de espuma cer\u00e1mica"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Filtros de espuma cer\u00e1mica<\/p>\n<p>Se llev\u00f3 a cabo un amplio programa sobre el rendimiento de los filtros de espuma cer\u00e1mica.<br \/>\nEn una de las secciones de este trabajo se evalu\u00f3 el impacto de a\u00f1adir un refinador de grano basado en el sistema Al-Ti-B.<br \/>\nLlegaron a la conclusi\u00f3n de que, si el grado de limpieza del metal entrante era bueno, el impacto del refinador de grano en el rendimiento del filtro era m\u00ednimo.<br \/>\nSin embargo, si se produce una carga de inclusi\u00f3n artificialmente elevada procedente del metal (lo que se consigue agitando el metal de forma deliberada y en\u00e9rgica en el horno), la introducci\u00f3n del refinador de grano provoca una reducci\u00f3n de la eficacia de la filtraci\u00f3n.<br \/>\nEn ese caso, se produjo una liberaci\u00f3n desproporcionada de inclusiones del filtro en comparaci\u00f3n con los niveles de inclusiones entrantes.<br \/>\nSupusieron que las part\u00edculas que salen del filtro son aglomerados de especies de inclusi\u00f3n que se forman al interactuar el metal del horno con las part\u00edculas procedentes del refinador de grano.<\/p>\n<p>La evaluaci\u00f3n metalogr\u00e1fica de los filtros usados sugiere que los puentes de inclusiones que se forman en las uniones de las celdas del filtro, tal y como se observa cuando no se utiliza un refinador de grano, no aparecen cuando s\u00ed se utiliza dicho refinador.<br \/>\nSe ha sugerido que el mecanismo de filtraci\u00f3n de un filtro de espuma cer\u00e1mica se ve alterado cuando se a\u00f1ade un refinador de grano.<br \/>\nLa presencia de un refinador de grano desde el inicio de la colada parece impedir la formaci\u00f3n de puentes dentro de la estructura del filtro.<br \/>\nLa introducci\u00f3n de un refinador de grano a mitad del proceso de colada provoca la destrucci\u00f3n de los puentes que se hayan formado anteriormente.<br \/>\nCabe aclarar que estos efectos se observaron en condiciones en las que el nivel de inclusiones met\u00e1licas era artificialmente elevado.
