Se recomienda utilizar los filtros de 6\u00d76\u201d y mayores con un grosor de 1,25\u201d o 2\u201d, en lugar del grosor habitual de 7\/8\u201d. Los filtros de 1,25\u201d de grosor tienen la ventaja de que su resistencia a la flexi\u00f3n es significativamente mayor que la de los filtros de 7\/8\u201d de grosor. Por lo tanto, los filtros tambi\u00e9n pueden utilizarse para piezas de fundici\u00f3n m\u00e1s grandes o tiempos de fundici\u00f3n m\u00e1s prolongados. Se ofrecen soluciones a medida (por ejemplo, filtros de forma c\u00f3nica) bajo pedido. Drache ofrece sus filtros de espuma cer\u00e1mica de Al\u2082O\u2083 con porosidades PPI 10, 20 y 30; bajo pedido se pueden suministrar porosidades m\u00e1s finas, hasta PPI 60. La elecci\u00f3n de la porosidad depende del grado de limpieza que se desee alcanzar. Por lo general, en la producci\u00f3n diaria se utilizan los de PPI 10 o PPI 20, ya que estas porosidades ofrecen una buena relaci\u00f3n entre capacidad de filtraci\u00f3n y eficiencia de filtraci\u00f3n. Para fundiciones con requisitos muy exigentes en cuanto a resistencia mec\u00e1nica y\/o aspecto superficial (por ejemplo, para aplicaciones en el sector de la automoci\u00f3n), puede recomendarse el uso de filtros PPI 30.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Elegir la talla adecuada de un <a href=\"http:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/es\/2017\/11\/16\/ceramic-foam-filter-manufacturing-process\/\">Filtro de espuma cer\u00e1mica<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Las dos reglas b\u00e1sicas siguientes son v\u00e1lidas para los filtros de espuma cer\u00e1mica en aplicaciones de fundici\u00f3n de aluminio: Capacidad del filtro: aprox. 14,2-28,4 lb\/pulg\u00b2 Velocidad de colada: aprox. 0,7-1,42 lb\/pulg\u00b2*s<\/p>\n<p>Se recomienda dise\u00f1ar el sistema de canales y entradas tal y como se muestra en la imagen 1:<\/p>\n<p>Al colocar la pieza del filtro en la placa del molde, es necesario dimensionar correctamente el asiento del filtro para evitar que este se rompa durante la fundici\u00f3n. Se recomienda utilizar un asiento de filtro de aproximadamente 1\/5\u201d para filtros de hasta 3\u00d72\u201d; los filtros de hasta 4\u00d74\u201d necesitan un asiento de 1\/3\u201c, mientras que los filtros de m\u00e1s de 4\u00d74\u201d requieren un asiento de aproximadamente \u00bd\u201d. Los filtros de hasta 4\u00d74\u201d pueden colocarse en posici\u00f3n vertical u horizontal dentro del molde o del canal de colada; los filtros m\u00e1s grandes deben colocarse \u00fanicamente en posici\u00f3n horizontal. No se recomienda colocar el filtro en la parte inferior del canal de colada descendente, ya que el riesgo de rotura del filtro aumenta considerablemente.
