Aplicaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n

Se presenta en forma de polvo fino blanco (gris); sus componentes principales son el cloruro y la villiaumita, adem\u00e1s de otros compuestos qu\u00edmicos. Tras haber sido sometido a un tratamiento t\u00e9rmico y de cribado, este producto presenta una granulometr\u00eda uniforme, lo que resulta muy pr\u00e1ctico para su uso en hornos de fusi\u00f3n. Se utiliza ampliamente para el refinado de aluminio y aleaciones de aluminio en hornos reverberantes y hornos de mantenimiento.<\/p>\n

Rendimiento:<\/p>\n

El polvo del producto, transportado por un gas portador (N\u2082, Ar), se distribuye uniformemente sobre el aluminio fundido a trav\u00e9s del horno de pulverizaci\u00f3n en ebullici\u00f3n; tras una reacci\u00f3n fisicoqu\u00edmica, forma peque\u00f1as burbujas que entran en contacto completo con el aluminio fundido y eliminan el hidr\u00f3geno y otros gases nocivos; adem\u00e1s, el producto contiene algunos componentes capaces de fijarse o absorber con fuerza los \u00f3xidos y otras impurezas, y de transportarlos hacia la superficie, lo que permite llevar a cabo la purificaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Gu\u00eda del usuario<\/p>\n

La dosis recomendada es de 1,5 a 2, 5 kg por tonelada. Cuando el aluminio fundido alcance una temperatura de entre 700 y 740 \u2103, introduzca el fundente en el equipo de pulverizaci\u00f3n de polvo; este pulverizar\u00e1 el fundente sobre el aluminio fundido dos veces de media bajo la acci\u00f3n de nitr\u00f3geno o arg\u00f3n. Ac\u00e9rquese con la boquilla al fondo del horno y remueva uniformemente, asegur\u00e1ndose de que el fundente est\u00e9 en buen contacto con el aluminio fundido; a continuaci\u00f3n, utilice nitr\u00f3geno o arg\u00f3n para refinar durante 20 minutos en el fondo del horno. Tras la reacci\u00f3n f\u00edsico-qu\u00edmica, se forman numerosas burbujas diminutas. Las burbujas separan los \u00e1tomos de hidr\u00f3geno y la escoria del aluminio fundido; tras ello, se completan los procesos de desescoriado y purificaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
