El primer dise\u00f1o queda expuesto a la atm\u00f3sfera de aluminio fundido, y los tornillos de las varillas de uni\u00f3n y las juntas se desprenden debido a la carbonizaci\u00f3n y la expansi\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica. Las varillas de uni\u00f3n y las tuercas est\u00e1n empotradas previamente en la capa aislante. Es fundamental dise\u00f1ar un material para la funda del rotor que proteja los tornillos y las varillas de uni\u00f3n.<br \/>\nEl departamento de I+D de la empresa analiz\u00f3 las caracter\u00edsticas del material del manguito protector original del rotor y dise\u00f1\u00f3 un material ligero, resistente a las grietas e ideal para soportar choques t\u00e9rmicos.<\/p>\n<p>1. Precauciones:<br \/>\n1. Proteger los tornillos de las varillas de tracci\u00f3n de la cubierta protectora del rotor para evitar su carbonizaci\u00f3n; 2. Evitar que la capa de aislamiento t\u00e9rmico se desprenda debido a la expansi\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica de los tornillos de las varillas de uni\u00f3n; 3. Es especialmente importante dise\u00f1ar un material con buenas propiedades de aislamiento t\u00e9rmico, f\u00e1cil de construir y con una curva de aumento de temperatura durante el secado baja; 4. Tener en cuenta el factor de la atm\u00f3sfera \u00e1cida en el estado de funcionamiento de la caja de desgasificaci\u00f3n de la l\u00ednea de producci\u00f3n <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/portfolio\/degassing-unit\/\">unidad de desgasificaci\u00f3n<\/a>, dise\u00f1ar un material \u00e1cido para el manguito protector del rotor; 5. Valorar la idoneidad de las piezas empotradas resistentes al calor y de la superficie expuesta al fuego (30-50 mm); 6. Tener en cuenta el material del manguito protector del rotor; es necesario mejorar el coeficiente de dilataci\u00f3n entre las barras de acero resistentes al calor a\u00f1adiendo 2 mm de cinta aislante o aplicando una capa de 2 mm de pintura asf\u00e1ltica, y deben retirarse las tirantes horizontales de las piezas empotradas;<\/p>\n<p>2. Materias primas:<br \/>\n1. Polvo seco X-140 de nuevo desarrollo<br \/>\n2. Cemento de aluminato de calcio puro (A-80)<br \/>\n3. Microperlas de alta precisi\u00f3n (malla 40-80)<br \/>\n3. Proceso de mezcla:<br \/>\nPesar el material seco del manguito protector del rotor, 0,11 TP3T de retardador; verterlo en la mezcladora y remover durante 2 minutos; a continuaci\u00f3n, a\u00f1adir 28,51 TP3T de aglutinante (proporci\u00f3n en peso S30:agua = 1:1) y remover durante 5 minutos, (Nota: observar la evoluci\u00f3n de la pasta durante el proceso de mezcla y, a continuaci\u00f3n, a\u00f1adir entre 1 y 21 TP3T de aglutinante para ajustar la consistencia), descargar y vibrar para darle forma.<br \/>\n4.
