Por lo tanto, en el proceso de producci\u00f3n se recurre al refinado con fundente y gas inerte para reducir la generaci\u00f3n de defectos metal\u00fargicos. Sin embargo, el tratamiento de refinado en el horno presenta los siguientes problemas:<\/p>\n<h2>Ventajas e inconvenientes de los distintos gases de inyecci\u00f3n en cuanto a los efectos de desgasificaci\u00f3n del aluminio<\/h2>\n<p>(1) El caudal de gas inerte puro utilizado en el refinado es elevado, las burbujas son grandes, la masa fundida se agita considerablemente y es f\u00e1cil que se oxide y se forme escoria; el efecto de desgasificaci\u00f3n del aluminio es bueno, pero el de eliminaci\u00f3n de escoria es deficiente; adem\u00e1s, el coste del arg\u00f3n a alto caudal es elevado y se generan f\u00e1cilmente MgN y AlN junto con el nitr\u00f3geno. , el grado de purificaci\u00f3n es deficiente.<br \/>\n(2) La toxicidad y la actividad del proceso de purificaci\u00f3n con cloro son elevadas, la reacci\u00f3n es demasiado intensa, los efectos nocivos son numerosos y el efecto purificador es a\u00fan peor.<br \/>\n(3) El refinado con gases mixtos, en el que se utiliza una mezcla de nitr\u00f3geno y cloro gaseoso o de arg\u00f3n y cloro gaseoso, no ofrece un efecto de purificaci\u00f3n evidente, es perjudicial para la salud humana y provoca una corrosi\u00f3n grave en los equipos circundantes.<br \/>\n(4) Aunque puro <a href=\"http:\/\/www.c-adtech.com\/fluxes\/refining-flux.html\">fundente de refinado<\/a> La purificaci\u00f3n permite eliminar mejor las inclusiones de escoria oxidada y tambi\u00e9n puede eliminar algunos gases; sin embargo, no es un proceso exhaustivo y adem\u00e1s generar\u00e1 inclusiones de escoria de fundente.<br \/>\n(5) El efecto de desgasificaci\u00f3n del aluminio del sistema en l\u00ednea <a href=\"http:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/es\/aluminum-degassing-units\/\">unidad de desgasificaci\u00f3n<\/a> es muy bueno, pero la eficacia a la hora de eliminar las impurezas es muy reducida, y el coste del equipo y de su funcionamiento es elevado.<\/p>\n<p>En resumen, el refinado por pulverizaci\u00f3n de polvo en el horno, que es el m\u00e1s econ\u00f3mico, pr\u00e1ctico y eficaz y que ofrece efectos de purificaci\u00f3n mediante fundente y de purificaci\u00f3n de gases, es el m\u00e9todo de refinado m\u00e1s eficaz para las fundiciones de aleaciones de aluminio.
