{"id":10122,"date":"2021-11-23T08:43:23","date_gmt":"2021-11-23T08:43:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/?p=10122"},"modified":"2022-02-21T06:43:49","modified_gmt":"2022-02-21T06:43:49","slug":"ceramic-filter-egyptalum-bechtel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/es\/ceramic-filter-egyptalum-bechtel\/","title":{"rendered":"Filtro cer\u00e1mico Egyptalum Bechtel"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>El filtro cer\u00e1mico Egyptalum Bechtel desempe\u00f1a un papel importante en el filtrado del aluminio fundido.<\/strong> El aluminio fundido fluye a trav\u00e9s de los orificios sinuosos de la cer\u00e1mica, y las part\u00edculas de inclusi\u00f3n que contiene quedan atrapadas en la superficie interior de los orificios y en las grietas de la placa cer\u00e1mica debido al efecto combinado de la presi\u00f3n axial, la fricci\u00f3n y la fuerza de adsorci\u00f3n superficial del flujo de aluminio. Separa las part\u00edculas de inclusi\u00f3n del aluminio fundido.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Las escorias que quedan en el filtro cer\u00e1mico tras un cierto tiempo tambi\u00e9n contribuyen a la adsorci\u00f3n y la retenci\u00f3n de las escorias.<\/strong><br \/>\nSu capacidad para adsorber e interceptar el aluminio fundido es mucho mayor que la del filtro cer\u00e1mico de espuma, lo que permite que la placa filtrante cer\u00e1mica retenga escorias mucho m\u00e1s peque\u00f1as que sus propios poros.<br \/>\nEn t\u00e9rminos generales, cuanto m\u00e1s gruesa sea la placa cer\u00e1mica, cuanto m\u00e1s peque\u00f1o sea el orificio y cuanto menor sea la velocidad de flujo del aluminio fundido a trav\u00e9s de la placa cer\u00e1mica, mejor ser\u00e1 el efecto de filtrado.<br \/>\nLa cantidad total y la pureza del aluminio fundido no solo influyen en la eficacia del filtrado, sino que tambi\u00e9n afectan a la vida \u00fatil de la placa cer\u00e1mica.<br \/>\nPor lo general, el dispositivo de filtrado con placa de espuma cer\u00e1mica es similar al filtro de tela de vidrio y se coloca directamente sobre la placa de derivaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-10123\" src=\"http:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Ceramic-Filter-Egyptalum-Bechtel.jpg\" alt=\"Filtro cer\u00e1mico Egyptalum Bechtel\" width=\"800\" height=\"600\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Ceramic-Filter-Egyptalum-Bechtel.jpg 800w, https:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Ceramic-Filter-Egyptalum-Bechtel-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Ceramic-Filter-Egyptalum-Bechtel-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Ceramic-Filter-Egyptalum-Bechtel-700x525.jpg 700w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Egyptalum Bechtel record\u00f3 que<\/strong><br \/>\nAntes de la fundici\u00f3n, el filtro cer\u00e1mico Egyptalum Bechtel debe precalentarse a unos 600 grados.<br \/>\nDado que la placa cer\u00e1mica es dura y fr\u00e1gil y tiene una conductividad t\u00e9rmica baja, el calentamiento inicial debe realizarse lentamente. Cuando se precalienta por encima de los 200 grados, se puede aumentar la velocidad de calentamiento; de lo contrario, la placa cer\u00e1mica se rompe con facilidad.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Egipto dicta una resoluci\u00f3n definitiva sobre las medidas de salvaguardia aplicables al aluminio en bruto importado<\/strong><br \/>\nEl 12 de abril de 2021, el Comit\u00e9 de Medidas de Salvaguardia de la OMC public\u00f3 la notificaci\u00f3n sobre medidas de salvaguardia que le hab\u00eda remitido la delegaci\u00f3n egipcia ese mismo d\u00eda. La autoridad investigadora egipcia dict\u00f3 una resoluci\u00f3n definitiva favorable sobre la importaci\u00f3n de aluminio en bruto (aluminio en bruto [lingotes, palanquillas y alambr\u00f3n]), incluidos los lingotes de aluminio, las palanquillas de aluminio y el alambr\u00f3n de aluminio. Se recomienda que el caso se tramite a partir del 15 de abril de 2021. Se aplicar\u00e1 un derecho de salvaguardia de tres a\u00f1os a los productos seg\u00fan las siguientes condiciones: 16,51 TP3T del precio CIF o un m\u00ednimo de 333 USD\/tonelada durante el primer a\u00f1o; 13,51 TP3T del precio CIF o un m\u00ednimo de 271 USD\/tonelada en el segundo a\u00f1o; 10,51 TP3T del precio CIF o un m\u00ednimo de 211 USD\/tonelada en el tercer a\u00f1o. El per\u00edodo de investigaci\u00f3n de este caso abarca desde el 1 de julio de 2016 hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2019.
