How to use: Before the equipment box cover starts to lift, the solenoid valve is energized to control the cylinder to shrink, drive the connecting rod mechanism, pull out the locking insertion rod, and the equipment box cover starts to lift; when the equipment box cover stops, the solenoid valve is energized to control the cylinder to extend out, drive the connecting rod mechanism, and insert the locking insertion rod into the self-locking guide block group.
Advantages: The automatic locking device is mainly used to mechanically lock the cover of the equipment after it is lifted to a high place. In order to prevent the failure of the lifting mechanism, the cover suddenly falls and accidents occur.
Application: The automatic locking device of the degassing unit has been applied to the site of Northwest Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd., and it is currently running stably. After locking, the box cover cannot be lifted.
